«Hansi » as he is called here, is an Alsatian illustrator also known as Jean Jacques Waltz. Thanks to his talents as an illustrator, drawer and caricaturist, he has left his mark on the cultural history of Alsace with scenes of daily life, colourful characters and a humorous and cheerful universe.
Like Hansi through his illustrations, we want to take you on a journey through our beautiful Alsace with a respectful and local cuisine. We work with producers, winemakers and brewers who, like us, want to keep the know-how of our beautiful region alive.
